spc ~ mirror mirror off the wall...
oh, what would Chagall say of this. what can i say....lol.... it just happened, one moment i was taking "normal photos" in the regular mirror, playing with angles and light, then i found myself holding this little mirror up to my inspiration wall in my studio, and here you have it. i love when this happens, an idea is there, and by the time i get to the idea it has transformed into a whole new playful and spontaneous creation.
....it's such a beautiful fall day here, a perfect day to be outside... i am looking forward to a walk in the woods with my camera as soon as i have a warm cup of tea...i love this tea so much, it's like the hot chocolate of green tea, even better! i found it at our food for all nations store, but you can buy it online if you love matcha.
i love, love, love grocery stores of all kinds. i so very much miss Wegmans, but here we have Whole foods, and today while we were there Sissy Spacek smiled at me... how cool, she is even more beautiful in person and had the kindest smile, gotta love that!
i adore these, especially when you see my contribution for this week...like minds.
i've never tried matcha, isn't that lame? i'm not too fond of green tea, give it to me black and steeped and i'm a blissed out girl. i'm going to brew a cup right now!
thought of you this morning as i finally unpacked my backpack from squam, putting away all the lovely supplies you so generously gifted me. xo

These are such fun photos!! I wish we had real grocery stores out here- wah! I love a good grocery store- and Sissy Spacek, how did you keep your cool? :) I would have just stammered a bit and turned totally red.

You hit the nail on the head with Rishi...did you know it's made right here in Milwaukee, WI? Who knew we could put out such fabulous tea.
And Sissy Spacek? I probably would've broken out in song from Coal Miners Daughter. Is it weird that I LOVE that movie? She is amazing. I'll have to tell you of my star sightings in the past, I'm a absolute freak.
Getting ready for yet another weekend of art with Judy Wise, Laurie Milka and Jill Berry...then the final weekend at Valley Ridge with Lynne Perella... anxious for this to all happen in the next two weeks.
Beautiful Sunday here in Wisconsin... enjoy yours, I'm off to my first paid photo shoot!

How wonderfully beautiful your minds eye is. Really cool photos, loved the concept. To see Sissy Spavcek at the grocery stopre would just be so cool. I'd be afraid of staring and being caught staring. Love her acting.
Thank you for visiting my blog, it was so neat to have one of my favorites from blogland visit my site. Have a wonderful day!

How kind of you to offer your hand and be willing to enlarge our circle as we all seek ways to help, mostly quietly, hoping that like minded people will find a moment to remember those who live in quiet desperation.
A kind word, a gesture of forgiveness, an unexpected smile may be the most precious gift we can give yet in our rushed world we tend to forget that holding hands is all we need to change the world. Thank you for your kind words and for your help to erase poverty. Things like this add beauty to an otherwise at this time, rather bleak world.

Sigh...your blog just keeps getting beautifuler and beautifuler. Between you and Nina, I just don't know how much more beauty I can stand!
And I love, love, loves me some Sissy Spacek.
She was brilliant in "In The Bedroom" which was filmed right here in my backyard. There were many Sissy sightings during filming, but alas, not by me.

What a fun bit of serendipity. The pics are fun.
I have always enjoyed tea, but favored coffee for the most part. Now my body prefers that I avoid coffee.
My current favorite is Twining's Lady Grey tea. It's great hot or iced. Time for another cup!

Oh man, this is where I came in! I remember a photo of you in a small mirror when I first started reading your blog, maybe 2+ years ago? At the time I wanted to try doing this but I got caught up taking pics of myself in my car's rear view mirror instead. These are so fun! It looks like you're at a party somewhere in europe. Uh... your dress is falling down...
